The fact of the matter is, I haven't had anything to say for the past sixth months. I've been pouring EVERY OUNCE of creative, emotional and spiritual energy into finishing the screenplay. And now that that's done I just want to sit here and play Mahjong on my computer while my pasty white skin grows ever more translucent on my way to morphing into a cave newt because I haven't seen the sun since October.
And I can't get enough Wheat Thins.

FINALLY! You were waaaaay over due for a post. And as always. I love your thoughts. brazen and saintly.
Well done on finishing the screenplay! That's an enormous accomplishment, and you should be proud of yourself for seeing it through. Unfortunately, you're right that it's just the start of a really long process.
That said, I personally know a pretty awesome director, who even shares many of your sensibilities... Just sayin'. ;)
